DMCA / IP Policy

Stockd respects intellectual property and removes infringing listings promptly. We respond to valid takedown notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws elsewhere.

Submit a takedown notice

To submit a notice, email support@stockdsale.com with the subject line “DMCA takedown” and include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. The exact URL on stockdsale.com of the listing or content you allege is infringing.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

We act on clear cases within 24 hours. We may notify the seller and provide a counter-notice mechanism as required by law.

Counter-notice

If your listing was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Email support@stockdsale.com with the subject “DMCA counter-notice” and include your contact info, the removed material’s URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Trademark and other claims

Trademark, right-of-publicity, and other IP claims should be sent to the same address with the relevant subject line and the equivalent details.
